We had a new experience – watching the 4th of July fireworks on TV (broadcast from New York and Boston), while Ryan also entertained us with glow-stick hula-hooping.
We enjoyed fishing (and earning cub scout elective points and the fishing belt loop)…
We were awed by the view from the top of Sawtell Peak…
We explored The Bear and Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone, Montana…
We straddled the Continental Divide (in a couple of different places)…
We appreciated cooler weather… 
We LOVED rafting the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River (complete with moose sightings)…
And we treasured the beautiful scenery all around us…
We also spent a couple of days in Yellowstone. I will devote a separate post to those adventures.
