Marc & Frances went to a movie, so Ryan and I tended Alice & Claire for a while. We took them to see our neighbors (who have known us since before Marc was born!). They loved seeing the girls!
When Rara & Papa got home from their neighborhood BBQ, Ryan and I took Alice & Claire there. We played on the swings and in the sand box.
Ryan then entertained us (again!) with fireworks…
And sparklers…
After Marc, Frances, Alice & Claire went home, Rara, Papa, Ryan & I walked up the street to the house of “that neighbor” (you know, the one in every neighborhood with the cool but loud fireworks?). He had bought A LOT of the newly-legal aerial fireworks. Ryan loved having a turn to launch the aerials!
