Family Easter Celebration/Ryan’s Birthday Celebration ~ April 23, 2011

As soon as Ryan got home from scout camp, we went to Rara’s and Papa’s (well, I made Ryan take a shower and change his clothes first, since he smelled like boy sweat and campfire smoke). The rest of the family was already there to celebrate Easter and Ryan’s birthday.

We had fun searching for eggs in Rara & Papa’s back yard.











After we ate, we had Ryan’s chocolate mint ice cream cake. We sang to Ryan, and when he went to blow out the candles, Alice & Claire “helped.” We re-lit, re-sang, and re-blew out the candles. The girls helped again, so we did it all again. We were all laughing pretty hard at the funny and entertaining kids. It was a fun celebration!
