Have I mentioned lately that I’m not an early morning person?
This makes it especially painful that the swim team has started additional early morning practices in preparation for the State Championships. That means we go to our second home (the rec center) from 5:30–7:00 A.M. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then our regular 4-6 pm Monday through Friday.
The good thing is that there is a great cardio tone class at 6 am on Tuesdays, and a wonderful Pilates class at 6 am on Thursdays.
